Lions River can be found along the Midlands Meander and is a small district surrounded by beautiful views. The Lion’s River Trading Post is a central point to Lions River.  Housed in historic buildings, the Lions River Trading Post is worth a visit. Its full of antiques and collectibles which include pieces such as furniture old farm implements, art works and smaller trinkets. The wood, silver and copper items are particularly worth seeing. There is a palpable sense of nostalgia in the main shop, the museum and the showroom. The Lions River Trading Post also has a coffee shop overlooking the lovely Lions River.
